We take pride in all the products we sell. We use only the highest quality ingredients and choose organic whenever possible.

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Keep in mind there may be slight variations in color, size, and/or cut of each batch.

No. Our products are vegan and tested on friends and family, never animals.

We recommend you should always do a patch test when trying out new products. If any irritation occurs, stop using the product and rinse thoroughly with water.

We are an eco-friendly company and strive to do whatever we can to have as little of an impact on the environment as we can.

We’re always looking for ways to improve and so far we’ve achieved the following:

• Our product labels are made from biodegradable paper and use plant-based adhesive.
• Our products come in recyclable/re-usable glass bottles/jars with aluminium lids. No plastic anywhere!
• We send our products in fully recyclable packaging.

Delivery is free for orders over £30.

For orders below £30, the delivery fee is £0.96 for our Face Mask and £2.99 for our Cleansing Balm and Bundles.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

You can cancel your order up to the moment your order has been shipped. After your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However if you have any problems with any of our products, please get in touch and we will try our best to help you.
